Virgin Atlantic Airways travel classes

Virgin Atlantic Airways operates a three-class configuration: Economy, Premium Economy, and Upper Class. Frequent flyers can earn air miles as they travel, which can be redeemed against flight upgrades or reward flights.

Economy

As with all classes, complimentary drinks are available on board for economy passengers. Award winning entertainment is offered with personal video screens and headphones provided for each passenger. There is wifi on-board all planes, and extra legroom options are available.

Premium Economy

Premium Economy offers a wider leather seat with extra leg room on flights. It has a separate check-in area to Economy, and priority boarding.

Upper Class

Upper class passengers benefit from a seat that reclines fully into a flat bed. Passengers also have access to ten lounges, based at various airports. These lounges are known as Clubhouses. They are a place for passengers to relax before their flight, with delicious food, fantastic facilities, and a relaxed atmosphere.
